Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our company’s Talent Acquisition. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for

managing the recruitment process and driving the talent acquisition strategies along with having a deep understanding of the organization

and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidates Responsibilities will include:

 Implement effective sourcing and screen techniques.

 Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

 Screening resumes.

 Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

 Administering appropriate company assessments.

 Performing reference and background checks.

 Making recommendations to company hiring managers.

 Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

 Following up on the interview process status.

 Maintaining relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

 Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.

 Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices.

 Completing timely reports on employment activity.

 Create Job postings.

 Support fair hiring practices.

 Direct the onboarding procedure for new employees.

 Partner with HR Head to maintain the records to track recruitment metrics on a monthly basis.

 Organize and maintain personnel records.

 Create & Update internal databases.

Requirements:

 Experience: 5+ years preferably in Retail/FMCG/F&B.

 Proficient in English(both Verbal and Writing).

 Good knowledge of Ms Excel.

 Proven work experience as an HR Manager.

 Demonstrable leadership abilities and teamwork.

Qualification:

 MBA/BBA/BCom./Graduate

Reports to: Head HR

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹+20,000.00 per year
