Reporting To: Managing Director / Head – HR
Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance. Beyond core HR responsibilities, the role demands strong process-driven capabilities such as KRA/KPI setting, SOP creation, workflow design, TAT definition, training coordination, and ongoing monitoring. The HR Manager will ensure that every department functions in alignment with company processes, standards, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR Operations
Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer process.
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
Maintain attendance, leave, and time-tracking systems with 100% accuracy.
Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with finance.
Ensure proper employee documentation, HRIS updates, and lifecycle management.
Handle statutory compliance ie., PF & ESI,PT,Incomtax,Labour Laws,OSH(Occupational Health & Safty) ,Gratuity support as required.
2. Performance Management (KRA/KPI Responsibility)
Develop department-wise KRAs and KPIs in coordination with HODs.
Implement measurable performance metrics aligned with business goals.
Establish review cycles (monthly/quarterly) and track performance progress.
Share performance dashboards and highlight deviations for corrective actions.
3. SOP Creation, Flowcharts & Process Structuring
Create, update, and maintain SOPs for all departments.
Design clear workflow diagrams and process flowcharts for each function.
Define TATs (Timelines) for tasks, inter-department dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure continuous adherence to SOPs across teams through audits and follow-ups.
4. Monitoring & People Alignment
Ensure all employees follow KRAs, KPIs, SOPs, timelines, and process requirements.
Conduct regular checks and submit reports on departmental performance and compliance.
Identify non-compliance and escalate/action as needed.
Drive discipline, accountability, and structured work practices across teams.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs with inputs from HODs.
Prepare monthly/quarterly training calendars.
Schedule internal/external training sessions, ensure attendance, and collect feedback.
Maintain training records and track training effectiveness.
6. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support engagement activities, communication initiatives, and culture-building programs.
Experience Required
3–7 years of experience in HR (preferably in a structured, process-driven organization).
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance).
Ability to design KRAs, KPIs, SOPs, and process documentation.
Strong follow-up and monitoring skills to enforce discipline and timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
High ownership, structured working style, and process orientation.

Work Timings: 9.00AM to 6.00 PM
