Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development.
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Marketing:
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and growth.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR and/or Marketing roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
