The Lioncrest group are hiring a marketing director. The HR Officer will be responsible for ensuring that a workforce is able to perform optimally, ensuring that sufficient people are recruited, retained, trained and supported to fulfill the organization’s goals and commitments. They will also be responsible for developing policies and managing procedures, along with looking after administrative tasks and contributing to making the company a better place to work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Facilitates the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems with school campuses under the organization
• Creation of policy documentation for the organization
• Preparing and providing counseling on policies and procedures, along with monitoring of policies and procedures
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. This includes coordinating and arranging for interview rounds like screening test, demo class, personal interview etc.
• Organizing staff training on campus and off campus, as needed
• Maintaining good and healthy employee relations with all staff members, maintaining employee records, staffing and helping with training coordination
• Work with the finance department to oversee the monthly payroll
• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and redundancy packages with staff
• Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
• Should be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Required Qualifications:
• Masters degree (preferred)
• Human resources: 2 year (Preferred)
• Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excellent Communication skills in English and Telugu
• Competence in using Microsoft Office and Google suite
• Able to politely explain and persuade others
• Total work experience: at least 2 year (Preferred)

Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
