About the Role
Mutkin Residential and Community Care is looking for Human Resource Officer. The Human Resources Officer is responsible for delivering effective and compliant generalist human resources advisory and administration services to our employees and stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, organisational directives and work instructions. This position will be required to deliver high quality customer service, build strong working relationships across the organisation and positively promote the organisation at all times.
Key areas of responsibility include recruitment & selection, induction & onboarding, policies& procedures, employee relations advice, payroll and rostering management, HR data and records, training & development, and performance review coordination.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in HR administration is required
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About You:
Tertiary education in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist role
Ability to make considered decisions with maturity and professionalism.
Protect confidential information and execute all work professionally and with the highest level of discretion.
Work collaboratively with all functions across the business, supporting transparent and open communication
Exhibit service orientation and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel, Word and Power point
Demonstrated experience incorporating relevant legislation and regulations to the development and implementation of policies and processes
The incumbent will also be required to undertake and complete a Satisfactory National Police Check
