Role Description
This is a Temporary role for an HR Officer specializing in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition , located in Ahmedabad. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job description development, and onboarding processes for temporary and contractual roles. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organizational talent needs.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Recruitment
• Proficiency in Job Description Development for various roles and levels
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
