Handling Employee Benefits, Payroll & Other HR operationPrimarily responsible for payroll processing, including updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, and benefit changesAttendance & Leave ManagementF&F settlement & Reimbursement ClaimsPrimarily responsible for statutory compliance under various contract labour act, PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity etc.Ensure the timely completion and filing of returns/challansResponsible for the development and amendment of HR procedures & policiesProvide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to conduct and capability, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, business, or a related field2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Operations, or a similar role in the Human Resources department with payroll handlingGood knowledge of Employment and Labour lawsHands-on experience with Human Resources Information SystemsExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
