We are looking for professionals with 7+ years of experience into HR Operations (compensation & Benefits) for Mumbai Location.
Looking for candidates with below criterion:
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
· Compensation and Benefits data analysis and Compensation Bench marking.
· Handled End to End Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Surveys (from data collection to presenting reports).
· Data processing, Data cleaning and Data Management of Survey Data.
· Analysis of Survey Data and preparing reports like, Compensation Mix Analysis, Compensation Trend Analysis, Internal Equity and External Competitiveness Analysis, Grade Equivalence, Executive Summary presentation etc.
· Job Matching and Job (Position)Evaluation
· Status/MIS report preparation.
· Stakeholder Management and client engagement.
· Review of Survey Data and Preparation of Survey Reports. Ensuring meeting the set timelines, achieving the set milestones with quality deliverable.
