- HR Ticket Handling and Query Resolution: - Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. - Manage and resolve a high volume of tickets related to various HR topics. - Ensure all tickets are logged, tracked, and resolved within SLAs. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base. - Compliance and Audit Support: - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
