Need a Male HR Operation Executive ON URGENT BASIS.
Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur
Experience: Min 3 Years in Similar profile
Salary: 25 to 30k
Skills : Excellent communication Recruitment, Payroll, Prepare EPF & ESIC, Maintain MIS Report, employees onboarding, pleasing personality & problem solving attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
2. Employee joining and onboarding
3. Issuance of Appointment / offer letters
4. Maintaining personal files of employees
5. Payroll, Leave and Attendance Management
6. Should be able to handle the biometric attendance and preparing salary sheets
7. Should be able to prepare the EPFO & ESIC monthly challans
8. Enrollment of new employee in EPFO & ESIC and generating UAN nos
+. Preparation of HR MIS reports ( all type of data related to HR )
10. General administration ( office upkeep / maintaining the pantry and off role empls)
