The ideal candidate will be responsible for attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee documentation, onboarding activities, and maintaining HR compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and effective communication abilities. 📌 Key Responsibilities 🕒 Attendance & Workforce Management Maintain and monitor daily employee attendance records accurately. Track late arrivals, half-days, absences, and attendance discrepancies. Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports. Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance-related issues. 📅 Leave Administration Manage employee leave applications and approval workflows. Maintain and update leave records and balances regularly. Ensure adherence to company leave policies and procedures. Prepare leave utilization and leave balance reports. 💰 Payroll Coordination & Support Prepare attendance and leave data for monthly payroll processing. Maintain records of overtime, deductions, incentives, and salary adjustments. Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing. Assist in resolving payroll-related employee queries. 📂 Employee Records & HR Database Management Maintain complete employee personnel files and records. Update employee information in HRMS, Excel trackers, or databases. Ensure proper documentation of joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information. 📝 HR Documentation & Administrative Support Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and other HR documents. Maintain organized digital and physical employee records. Ensure proper filing and document management as per company standards. Support HR audits and documentation requirements. ⚖️ Compliance & Employee Support Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Assist employees with HR-related queries and concerns. Support implementation of HR initiatives and employee engagement activities. Maintain accurate records required for internal compliance and reporting. 🤝 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. Collect and verify joining documents from new hires. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.
