Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the HR team lead, this role provides responsive operational HR support and partners with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and professional people management practices. This role offers exposure across multiple HR disciplines.

You will:
Provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
Support learning & development, benefits and employee lifecycle activities
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Support the rollout of HR programs, policies, and training
About you:

This opportunity would suit someone who:
Has completed or is currently undertaking tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience using a HR case management system desirable
Has strong administration, data entry, or office coordination experience
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Is confident working with systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Is professional, customer-focused, and enjoys supporting others
Is eager to learn and develop across a broad range of HR functions
Exposure to HR operational or generalist activities will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Special Requirements:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
