The Role:
We are seeking an Hr Operations Specialist to act as the right-hand person and 2IC/chief of staff role to the Founding Director. You will be working with clients, assisting in building and running Training and Development programs, and helping us grow the business through marketing elements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-facing role, requiring travel to the CBD at least once a month
Assisting in developing and implementing HR systems and processes
Working closely with the Directors of companies to ensure smooth project delivery
Managing client meetings and communications
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
