Interview Process:
1. HR Round ( Telephonic)
2. CEO Round- F2F or VC interview
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Taking care of Onboarding, joining formalities, documentation etc. for successful joining of candidates at client’s place
Issuing of various letters to the candidates on behalf of clients such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID Cards etc.
Handle employee engagement & grievances etc.
Coordination with clients for attendance & leave records & forward the same to the payroll team for processing.
Generate & upload payslips in the HRMS
Interact & maintain excellent relationships with our clients by ensuring proactive solutions & support for all their HR-related queries
Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully
Must have strong knowledge of payroll compliance. Compliance like PF, ESIC. PT, Posh LWF, compliance under shop act ( like leaves, holidays etc)
Train the team on best practices & processes in HR
Must have excellent verbal & written comm. Skills.
