Position: Payroll Executive
Location: Thaltej
As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions for our organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining payroll records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of payroll principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Calculate wages, deductions, and benefits.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions about wages and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare reports for management summarizing payroll information.
• Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
• Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
• Assist in audits by providing records and documentation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk, Payroll Officer, or similar role.
• Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software (Payroll Management( Spine, Main vile).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
