Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting HR functions, including onboarding and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Assist in onboarding of new employees and ensure smooth documentation
Maintain employee records and support payroll processes
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with internship experience are welcome)
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
