You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
• Source relevant profiles from multiple job portals and other channels to meet the recruitment needs of Chettinad Hospital And Research Institute.
• Screen candidates and assess their skills to match job requirements, ensuring a high-quality shortlist for interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-up with candidates, and ensure timely feedback from interviewers.
• Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear communication and understanding of needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Consistently meet performance metrics as defined by the Manager, including hiring targets and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and manage external relationships to enhance candidate sourcing.
• Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring smooth communication and coordination between candidates and the HR department.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process at Chettinad Hospital And Research Institute.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; experience in bulk hiring is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and convincing skills, with the ability to attract and engage candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using job portals and recruitment tools.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
