Position: HR Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to oversee end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Aundh, Pune location.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles
Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Collaborate with department heads to coordinate and schedule interviews
Maintain accurate hiring trackers and recruitment reports
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Candidate Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in non-IT recruitment
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of ATS tools, Excel, and job portals
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA in HR is preferred)
Proficiency in Marathi and English is essential
Work Schedule:
