Create and publish job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.).
Source candidates through databases, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
