HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Create and maintain an effective data pool of potential candidates for various roles. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and close positions within set timelines. Use various platforms like job portals, social media, and referrals to source candidates. Maintain and update candidate database for current and future requirements. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Prepare offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding formalities in coordination with the HR team. Required Skills: Proven experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. Excellent data pooling abilities – strong at building and managing candidate pipelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of various job portals and sourcing techniques. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
