Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with prior exposure to the real estate industry to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, construction, and corporate roles. The candidate will work closely with business heads to fulfill hiring needs and support workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, CRM, site engineers, project managers, support staff)
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage bulk hiring for sales and site teams
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and close positions within timelines
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Experience as HR Recruiter in a real estate company
• Strong understanding of real estate hiring requirements
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to handle volume hiring

Pay: ₹13,437.57 - ₹50,018.72 per month
