Roles & Responsibilities.
• Handling end to end hiring across functions.
· Dealing with Tech & Non Tech Profiles
• Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of CV's using different search techniques viz. Job Portals (like Monster, Naukri) Head Hunting, References, Internal Data bank etc.
• Interview Scheduling, all follow up and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the position.
• Well versed with Linkdin & other source of getting profile from Social media platform.
• Designed Job Descriptions & Job Specification including proper KSA (key skill area). Responsible for job posting on different portal like Naukri, Monster, Shine & Times Job.
• Building relations with candidates & Clients resolving critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments.
• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
• Conducting telephonic interviews & salary negotiation thereafter.
• Making sure joined candidates should be Active in system min for +0 days
• Must be good with Communication skill & proactive with approach.
Preferred: - Having experience in Staffing company & Contractual Hiring for Tech & Non Tech profiles.

Experience: 1-5 years ( Relevant exp req 1 year in staffing )
Targeted Company:- All consultancy who is having multiple clients & bulk opening.
Salary : 2.2 - 3.5 LPA
Notice Period : Max 15 Days
