The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Handling end to end recruitment life cycle – Sourcing, screening, evaluating from junior level positions.
• Responsible for identifying talent the meets the specific requirements
• Develop creative way to attract the right people who would be interested in the opportunity
• Scheduling and coordinating interview of candidates until closure
• Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments and recommend viable candidate for further consideration
• Drive high quality selection and positive candidate/client experience in assigned practices
• Maintain and develop reports
The Profile
Skills Required:
• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within recruitment/ hiring.
• You ideally possess solid experience in Agency Recruiter and Graduate Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
