We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment. From identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidate .
vacancy available for human resource (fresher/experience)
jobs roles and responsibilities:
1.Designing and updating job description.
2. sourcing potential candidates from various online channel.
3.screen incoming resumes and application form.
4. interview candidates ( via phone, video and in person )
5. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, languages and logical reasoning tests.
6. Advertise job opening on company careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
7.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8.send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

Job time: +.30 am to 6.30 pm Salary: 8k to 15k
