Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss requirements, update on progress, and address any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Perform thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, providing feedback to both clients and candidates.
Recruitment Process Coordination:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and coordination between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and facilitate the selection and offer process.
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening activities as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
HR Support and Process:
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on HR trends, market conditions, and legal requirements related to recruitment and HR practices.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and alignment with company values and culture.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in candidate and client records.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
