Description:

We are looking for a talented HR Executive to join our rapidly growing team in our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibility:
• Screening, shortlisting and scheduling candidates from various job portals and sources.
• Following up the candidates and conducting initial round of interviews
• Paper and scores checking of the candidates and arranging final managerial rounds.
• Sending offer letters, documentation and conducting joining formalities.
• Build Data Bank for future vacancies.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Efficiently manage the organization structure and HR policies.
• Building reward and recognition processes.
• Ensuring employee support and employee welfare.
• Pay slip generation.

Other Responsibility
• Open employee salary accounts under our company corporate accounts
• Work with a few vendors for some office materials
• Co-ordinate with other business bodies for official purpose.
• Banking related a few businesses communications time to time.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any disciple (BBA or MBA in HR Graduate is preferred)
• 1 Year + experience in IT Recruiting
• Good Communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi languages.
• Must have expertise in excel like VLOOKUP, Pivot table etc.
