We are looking to employ an HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.
Experience : Fresher or experienced both can apply.
Role And Responsibilities:
• Handling end to end recruitment
• Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening and Interviewing candidates over the phone, interview arrangements and closing.
• Has strong experience with high volume recruitment in greenfield & brownfield projects.
• Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques
• Discuss the core of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job
• Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.
• Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
• Understanding of clients requirements.
• Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
• Maintaining the candidates database of various levels.
• Regular Interaction with the client.
• Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations
