Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and reliable recruiter to join our team. This is a hands-on role that supports full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with entry to mid-level experience who are looking to grow their career in recruiting and human resources.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and social media
• Screen and interview candidates (phone and in-person)
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
• Post and manage job openings across platforms
• Track candidate activity in ATS/recruitment systems
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation
• Assist with recruitment programs (referrals, internships, etc.)
Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• 1–3+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of hiring practices and employment standards
• Willing to travel up to 15% if needed
Employee services pay rate: $16.60/hr
1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm
2nd Shift: 1:45pm - 10:15pm *2 days off varies* 8hr schedule
• Address employee inquiries related to policies, and workplace issues. Provide guidance on employee rights and responsibilities.
• Receive employees at the beginning and end of each shift. Provides and records what is given to employees for their workday, this includes Uniforms, hairnets, gloves, etc.
• Maintains inventory records of uniforms and returns to the Uniform Company
• Answers calls and directs them to the correct person.
Employee Engagement:
• Support initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement, including organizing events and recognition programs.
• Sorts and maintains stock of vending items in Services and first aid supplies.
• Cleans the service area and offices.
• Inventories and sorts items for the vending machines and cleans them.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience employee services/ CSR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
