Job Title – Executive/Sr Executive/Assistant Manager – HR
Education – MBA/PGDM in HR or Equivalent.
• Experience – 04-08 Years
• Salary – 50000 -55000 CTC
Only Male Candidate preferred.
Required Experience – Recruitment, Payroll Administration, Employee Grievance Handling, Legal Compliance, Microsoft Tools.
Key Responsibility –
• Ø Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final selection and onboarding.
• Ø Maintain candidate pipelines through job portal, consultants, referrals and social media.
• Ø Support in HRIS /HRMS administration and data management.
• Ø Payroll processing with ensure accuracy and timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
