• 5-6 years of recruitment experience into consultancy and corporate structure. Must into Engineering hiring exposure.
• Candidate from Consultancy background having exposure working on site with the client.
• Understand client's requirement and have exposure running drives in high volume numbers.
• Having exposure of hiring candidate from engineering background for contracts and procurement domain.
• Having contracts and procurement domain knowledge must
• Individual contributor and a team player
• Have end to end recruitment cycle exposure including offer negotiation with the candidates and understanding of compensation structure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is must.
