We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR
