Job profile involves:Experience in all the activities of a Recruitment Cycle(End-End Recruitment).
• should Handle Full Life Cycle of Recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Short-Listing, Job Posting, Referrals, Interview Scheduling, Interview Coordination, Salary Negotiation, Follow Up Till Joining, Recruitment.
• Sourcing the relevant profiles through various job portals.
• Initial screening of the resumes as per the briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization, notice period etc.
Scheduling interview for the short-listed candidates according to Internal requirements and Scheduling the interview (Telephonic / F2F / Video Conferencing), Negotiating and convincing candidates to accept the offer.
• Follow up with offered candidates till date of joining.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS report relating to interviews offer letter and joining of candidates.
