About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end-to-end in-house recruitment
2. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessing, interviewing, presenting & closing qualified candidates for various roles assigned by the HR manager
3. Identify references, and attract and hire highly skilled candidates across multiple functions
Requirements:
1. Should be aware of job posting websites such as (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Social Media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
2. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
