We are more than a 17-year-old recruitment company, headquartered in Mumbai & have our presence in more than 25 cities across India including Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, etc. with a team of more than 300 recruiters.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Filling positions within the organizations
2. Working on end to end recruitment
3. Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
4. Working on administration and record-keeping
5. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan
6. Executing recruitment plan efficiently
7. Drafting and posting job descriptions
8. Interviewing candidates
+. Preparing job offers
10. Networking with various institutions and social media
1. Experience: 3 months to 2 years in recruitment - IT/non-IT
2. Familiarity with job sites like Monster, Shine, Indeed, etc.
3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and CareerBuilder
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Team player & excellent record keeping skills
6. Should have their own laptop & smartphone
