Job Summary -
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic highly motivated and organized Recruitment Intern to join our team (virtual opportunity). The internship will provide an opportunity to gain experience in a very fast-paced, small business environment. He/she will manage the recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires, data sourcing to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Pre-requisites –
Post Graduate majoring in Human Resources Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
You have good organizational and planning skills.
You are very discreet, structured, precise, and detail-oriented.
You are able to commit for min 6 months’ internship (5-6 days a week)
Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
