• Position Overview:
The Operations cum Finance & HR Intern will assist in streamlining processes across various departments, supporting financial analysis, and contributing to HR initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, finance, and human resources within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
Finance Support & HR Support:
- Assist with financial data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Help prepare financial statements and budgets.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize employee onboarding and training programs.
- Support the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Currently Degree in BBA, Finance, HR or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
