Responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions.
work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective
manner.
• Involve in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning &
coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiation.
• Schedule interviews (telephonic/face to face/Skype) and follow up with the candidates ensuring
they take up the interview.
• Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain,
experience, qualifications
• Conducting 1st round of interviews to check communication skills, Technical, the reason for the
change, etc
