Roles & Responsibilities:
Screening resumes
Lead Generation on the hiring requirements through different Job Portals.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on recruitment activity
Managing and engaging the resources after onboarding
Active involvement in each step of hiring process
On-boarding industry experts in UX Design, AI/ML, Data Science, RPA, FinTech, Digital Marketing, and other future skills for enrichment of industry-oriented academics
Creating agreements and related document for such industry experts.
Required Skills:
Proven Experience in Employee Acquisition & Recruitments.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Solid communication skills
Preferably experienced in hiring teaching resources
Hands-on experience in the onboarding processes
