Hiring for HR Recruiters IT and Non IT
Location : Jaipur
We are Hiring: -
(1)HR RECRUITERS (FEMALE ) -10 open positions
(2)CTC – 1,80,000 PA + incentives TO 2,40,0000 + Incentives
(3)Candidates with exceptional communication skiils & experienced in Recruitment domain are preferred -Min 6 Month exp is must in recruitment
(4)Excellent Communication skiils is must
(5)Work from Jaipur office
Resposibilites :
-Responsible for entire recruitment life cycle from end-to-end.
-Responsible for entire recruitment life cycle
-Manpower Sourcing for Business Development Department for bidding the tenders of private clients, international clients and daily screening /calling 100+ CV from job portals
-Co-ordination in manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit. Developing/implementing new recruitment/selection policies as per staffing
-Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for assigned super niche and leadership roles
-Designing the hiring process, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal results
-Working closely with team leads/HR to understand hiring requirements, and decide the best approach & strategy for each hire, Catering to all recruitment requirements of the business and smooth closing of hiring process within TAT & optimized source mix.
-Working closely with management, planning strategies for recruitment, end-to-end hiring process and periodic organizational manpower planning.
-Effectively use job portals such as LinkedIn, iimjobs, Naukri, Hirist.com, monster.com & implementing Employee Referral Schemes.
-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening daily 100+ calls, in-person interviews.
-Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and maintain timely and accurate candidate data.
