Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with experience in recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end hiring needs across various sectors with a focus on Non-IT roles.
Responsibilities:
Managing the complete recruitment life cycle.
Understanding client requirements and posting jobs accordingly.
Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screening and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates and clients.
Maintaining accurate hiring records and reports.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment (preferably in consultancy).
Experience with Non-IT hiring will be a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with sourcing tools .
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
