• Review and understand open job positions.
Source, screen and schedule interviews for various roles & positions (majority in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management & Technology hiring etc.) Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels. Conduct telephones interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews. Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers. Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment. Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events if required, for instance, campus hiring, recruitment drives, etc. Skills Excellent communication skills Should have done Bulk Hiring Good negotiation skills A confident and positive attitude The ability to work under pressure and meet targets A professional manner Good organizational and administrative skills The ability to work well in a team
