Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
3. Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
4. Schedule interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
5. Follow up with candidates until onboarding is completed
6. Coordinate and complete pre-joining formalities
7. Issue offer and appointment letters
8. Collect and verify joining documents
+. Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions
10. Create and maintain employee files, HRMS entries, and ID creation
11. Maintain trackers for recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
12. Coordinate with IT/Admin for new joiner setups
13. Address employee queries related to joining and onboarding process
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment and onboarding
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
4. Familiar with job posting portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc)
5. Self-driven and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
