The Wellness Shop is an Eco-friendly wellness brand which provides a range of products which are organic and natural. We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness and healthcare segments.
- We are hiring Senior Recruiter who can take care of hiring and team building.
Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:
Hiring Candidates
Ensuring Business Needs For Hiring Are Met
Must Have Experience In Hiring both IT & Non-IT
Should be able to lead a team of HR Executives
Requirements:
Proven work experience (minimum 1 years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Closing Documentations Formalities
B-Tech or MBA in Human Resources Management
English and hindi additional benefit
Should know any of the regional languages.
