We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter with prior experience in real estate hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, identifying the right talent for various roles, and supporting the organization's growth by building a strong team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process � sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates across departments (Sales, CRM, Site, Marketing, Admin, etc.). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions. Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks for sourcing quality candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage timely communication with candidates. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience in coordination with HR operations. Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports and analytics. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector. Strong understanding of various real estate roles and functional requirements. Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.
