- Writing and posting technical Job Requirements on portals
- Should have hands on experience using portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Times Jobs ETC.
- Should have ability to understand the technical stack of the client's requirement.
- Should be able to screen candidates over the call or Face to Face if required. - Should be ready to handle the target and pressure to achieve the conversions.
Required Candidate profile
The candidate should be well matured to handle client co-ordination and client requirement and should be able to complete the commitment given to the client.
The candidate should be a team player and should have a fine sense of team handling
The candidate will be responsible for Full Recruitment Life Cycle.
