Job Description
End to End Recruitment closure of certain key positions in discussion with Team Leader with time-bound process implementation to address the client requirements.
Maintain disciplined scheduling of Recruitment processes with Time managed deliverables to recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs. Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media.
Adherence to RMS system and various MIS and Processes to enable for better Planning, Monitoring and Coordinating with all stakeholders.
Ensure the set revenues targets are met for self with closure of allocated roles.
Any other assignment assigned by the Management from time to time to enhance business revenues and visibility.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.64 per month
