Posting jobs for various openings in the job portals (Naukri, Monster) and share with Social site LINKEDIN. Manages the entire staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions as per requirement of the client. Writes recruitment advertisements for posting on internet and other recruiting sources to enhance the recruiting process. Ensuring right match between candidate & company requirements. Sending mass mail. Developing and tracking the Manpower Requisition Forms. Sourcing candidates from Naukri.com, Shine.com & Monster.com job portals. Interacting with short listed candidates & Scheduling Interviews. Conducting HR / Technical Interviews. Warm follow-up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process.
