We are looking for a highly motivated self starter to join our growing team and show the potential to make an early and positive impact. The desired candidate will have strong English speaking and written skills, a clear communicator, and problem solver and a desire to grow their knowledge and understanding of the role outside of training. They should be comfortable in a team environment and understand the significance of a strong work ethic.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Approach job applicants from LinkedIn and other job portals.
Manage job posts in job platforms, including new job post weekly.
Should be confident and comfortable in making calls .
Maintaining daily report.
Proficient in maintaining reports & daily timesheet in Google Sheet.
Screening candidates from different job portals.
Taking the first round of telephonic interview.
Co-ordinating with the HR Head in each step of interview.
Co-ordinating with different departments to understand the requirement of the company.
Eligibilities-
Applicant should be a graduate.
Freshers are also eligible.
1+year of experience is preferable.
Applicant should be excellent in English Communication.
Applicant should be affluent in using Google Sheet/Excel.
Applicant should be confident in speaking to the candidates over call.
Remarks-
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates will career gaps can also apply.
Work Schedule-
Full Time- 11am-8pm IST.
Part Time-11am-5pm IST.
Salary-
Freshers- 8k-12k
Experienced- 15k-20k
