We are looking for a Candidate,
• Who can handle end to end recruitment process in Domestic Recruitment (Non IT).
• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates from different job portals/ social media networking are like Naukri, Linked In, Monster etc…
• Schedule and Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates.
• Conduct background verification / reference checks of the candidates
• Conducting campus placements.
• Who can handle team independently
• Must be a good team player
• Must have good communications and analytical skills
