Role- HR Recruitment Specialist
Domain - Non IT Bulk Hiring (Blue Collar, Entry Level , Front Line Job Roles)
Preference to the candidates with similar experience atleast 1 Years +
Sourcing of the profiles from various Free Job Portal for blue collar profiles, social media, own database and references
Calling to the source candidates for screening, shortlisting & interview cordination
Interview cordination with external stakeholders i.e. Client's hiring manager or Team leaders
Cordination for documentation of seleceted candidates and internal stakeholders i.e. Client SPoC
Maintaing records in MS Excel, preparing daily and monthly reports & dashboard
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
